Purpose of Loan
To purchase single-detached house, semi-detached house, townhouse, and commercial building
To purchase condominium
To purchase allotted land for construction of residential unit
To construct residential unit on owned property
To refinance outstanding debt from other financial institutions
Mortgage registration of land and building or ownership right in condominium (together with registration table of contents) to be acquired/released from other financial institution
Qualifications
Thai national
Age more than 21 years old
Copy of evidence presenting a stable and secure job
An applicant must be eligible to legally conduct a legal act
Conditions
The age of applicants, when added to the duration of the loan repayment, must not exceed 65 years
Credit line is not less than 500,000.- Baht/ applicant
Equal monthly install repayment
Collateral is located within Bangkok or peripheral areas.
Bank statements/ copy of statement of a saving account and others (showing at least last six-month's history, as of the application date)
