- Long term loan facility (Term Loan Facility) is loan facility to support land acquisition, land development and infrastructure development and construction required for a specific project. Principal repayment can be payable on a monthly, quarterly, annually or upon partial mortgage release of collateral depending on purpose of loan and project characteristics.
- Short term loan facility (Working Capital Facility) to support general working capital requirement. Term of repayment will not exceed one year, or subject to our annual review based on business needs.
- Aval / Guarantees of financial instruments to be issued in favor of relevant government agencies / authorities to support project development.
