Structured Finance Department: Analyst – Assistent Manager
(2 Position)

Responsibilities :
- Assist in execution of projects , i.e., prepare Information Memorandum along with financial analysis.
- Assist to manage due diligence process.
- Produce presentation materials to convey key messages to investors and prepare or review valuation of a business.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female. Thai nationality only.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Admin.
- At least 1 year experience in Banking & Finance and Investment Banking.
- Strong financial analytical skills including financial statement analysis, financial models and valuation etc.
- Knowledge of debt restructuring, experience in lending in a local or international bank would be an advantage.
- Excellent in written and spoken English as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to set priorities, as well as to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills.
- Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic.

Main Responsibilities:
- Process all related loan documentation after approval
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare loan documentation
- Follow up and provide service to customers
- Assist in preparing executive report and summary of lending department
Qualifications:
- Male or Female age between 21-30 years. Thai nationality only
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Experiences with bank or financial institution with direct experience in lending field is a plus
- Computer skill in Microsoft Office (words, Excel and Power Point)
- Pleasant personality with service mind
- Fair command of English
- Initiative and willing to work hard

- Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare loan documentation

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or Economics
- Understanding Finance and Banking business, experience in lending field is a plus
